Job Scope

  • To prepare clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings for Fire Protection Systems, according to specified dimensions by Computer Aided Design (CAD) system
  • Uses CAD equipment to provide support to Engineers by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches & diagrams

Responsibilities

  • Ensure drawings are done according to site standards and requirements
  • Design the fire protection system for special hazards
  • Prepare drawings and calculations for submission
  • Prepare the hydraulic calculation
  • Liaise with HOD on the amendments of drawings and prepare for project installations
  • Keep track, maintain and update drawings of all site modifications as needed in the design database
  • To attend site discussion
  • Maintain drawing records and report

Requirements

  • NiTEC or Autodesk Revit or 3-D Autocad Certificate
  • Sound understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with Engineering terminology
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and pressure

Job Scope

  • Responsible for the preparation of tender bids & submission
  • Responsible for ensuring tenders meet client specifications and Active Fire’s requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all documents required for the tender
  • Analyze the specifications of the project to be tendered
  • Perform cost analysis and cost planning
  • Prepare estimates including bill of quantities (BOQ) to be used in the tender
  • Prepare the tender submission
  • Assist in negotiations with suppliers or sub-contractors
  • Coordinate with project managers and project engineers throughout the duration of the project
  • Leads, supervises, motivates, develops and appraise his direct reports

Requirements

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • 5 years’ QS experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure

Job Scope

  • Conduct and supervise activities that insure compliance with governmental compliances and corporate policies

Responsibilities

  • Assist work-sites to meet EHS requirements
  • Identify EHS hazards at work-sites advise Project Manager on remedial action
  • Attend tool-box meetings and take note of required follow-up actions
  • Perform self-assessments of EHS programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions
  • Generate and/or review work-site reports for environmental and safety agencies
  • Manages contractor safety programs

Requirements

  • Preferably Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/Environmental with minimum 3 years of handson experience in the related industry
  • Strong understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and corporate standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
