Dominic Ang Pau Leng is the Chairman and CEO of the Active Fire Group of Companies, an established and leading player in Singapore’s fire protection landscape and across Asia’s.

A veteran with over 3 decades of experience in project management and fire protection systems engineering, his tenure is distinguished by significant industry contributions that readily demonstrated his technical prowess and forward-thinking leadership, including the founding of the Fire Protection Association of Singapore, where he served as the founding President.

Starting his career with a reputable fire protection company, Dominic amassed invaluable knowledge, setting the stage for his venture, Active Fire Protection Systems Pte Ltd, founded in 2001.

His leadership propelled the company towards significant growth and innovation, emphasising technological advancement and predictive client service, thus establishing Active Fire as an industry innovator.

Dominic prioritises and emphasises talent development throughout the organisation across rank and file, with the firm belief that the company’s strength lies in its people.
