Our Active Fire Hero Program, driven by HeroCODE, builds a workforce where every individual is empowered to speak up, take ownership, and lead with courage.
More than a set of rules, the HeroCODE is our behavioural operating system. It teaches our teams to recognise weak signals, intervene early, communicate the RIGHT Way, and engage with respect.

In 2025, we celebrated our first major milestone. Today, we celebrate something even greater— 10 million safe manhours achieved over 10 years across all Active Fire operations.
This achievement wasn’t built overnight.
It was built through decades of consistency, commitment, and culture, where every person from design to fabrication to project sites embraced their role as an Active Fire Hero.

Digital reporting through Safety Mojo to analyse trends and prevent weak signals from escalating
