First major data centre projects
Completed Singapore's International Cruise Terminal and began work with global tech companies.
2020
Breakthrough year
Secured Meta project: 170MW IT Load (largest single contract). Opened first DfMA factory at Neythal. RoadBuilt Google's third and fourth data centres
2021
Healthcare and infrastructure expansion
Completed National Cancer Healthcare Centre. Commenced Microsoft Data Centre. Completed AirTrunk's Data Centre
2022
Industry leadership
Dominic Ang became Founding President of FPAS. Completed Sanofi Pharmaceutical project. Achieved 1 million safe man-hours. Introduced Active Fire Safety Excellence Award (AFSEA)
2024
Digital transformation and growth
Completed IOI Central Boulevard Towers (1.26M sq ft). Launched AF Base Smart Factory. ISO 9001:2015 and bizSAFE Star certified.
