Founding President of Fire Protection Association Singapore (FPAS). Industry pioneer who led Active Fire's transformation from traditional contractor to digital-first innovator.
R. Vadivel, Executive Director and Chief Service and Maintenance Officer at Active Fire, joined the company in 2011. He has steadily advanced from project supervisor to deputy service and maintenance director. With a specialist diploma in M&E coordination, his extensive background in project management, M&E coordination, and construction supervision is invaluable to the service and maintenance division.
Brandon Lim, Executive Director and Chief Project/Technical Officer, is a mechanical engineer (NTU, 2014) with a history of increasing leadership. Starting as a project manager, he progressed to project director. His specialised expertise includes M&E/MEP engineering and serving as the package manager for fire protection systems on major projects, including one of Singapore's largest data centres.

Since 2006, Active Fire has grown from project delivery to a people-first engineering partner—adding DfMA, automation, and a working Experience Centre to help clients and teams learn by doing.

Completed Singapore's International Cruise Terminal and began work with global tech companies.
2020
Breakthrough year
Secured Meta project: 170MW IT Load (largest single contract). Opened first DFMA factory at Neythal. RoadBuilt Google's third and fourth data centres
2021
Healthcare and infrastructure expansion
Completed National Cancer Healthcare Centre. Commenced Microsoft Data Centre. Completed AirTrunk's Data Centre
2022
Industry leadership
Dominic Ang became Founding President of FPAS. Completed Sanofi Pharmaceutical project. Achieved 1 million safe man-hours. Introduced Active Fire Safety Excellence Award (AFSEA)
2024
Digital transformation and growth
Completed IOI Central Boulevard Towers (1.26M sq ft). Launched AF Base Smart Factory. ISO 9001:2015 and bizSAFE Star certified.
