Safety Coordinator

Job Scope

  • Conduct and supervise activities that insure compliance with governmental compliances and corporate policies¬†


  • Assist work-sites to meet EHS requirements
  • Identify EHS hazards at work-sites advise Project Manager on remedial action
  • Attend tool-box meetings and take note of required follow-up actions
  • Perform self-assessments of EHS programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions
  • Generate and/or review work-site reports for environmental and safety agencies
  • Manages contractor safety programs


  • Preferably Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/Environmental with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the related industry
  • Strong understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and corporate standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
