HR Assistant

Job Scope

  • To provide support to HR team in ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day execution of HR matters


  • Provide HR administrative support, such as job advertisement placement, interview arrangement, training registering, exit management etc  to HR Team
  • Handle enquiries from internal colleagues on HR matters
  • Assist HR Support to apply work pass for foreign workers
  • Update and maintain proper filing of employees P-files
  • Process training related applications and records
  • Other admin HR duties as assigned by Management


  • Min ITE cert in Human Resource management or equivalent
  • Min 1 year experience in HR related area
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to remain organized and keep cool under pressure
  • Independent and able to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment
